Lawyers Handling Kansas DUI Charges
Our attorneys are experienced and successful advocates dedicated to protecting the rights of clients and advancing their interests through the legal process. If you are currently facing a serious legal situation such as DUI in a Kansas court, you have to decisively take action to achieve the best outcome. The most effective way of doing this is to hire a Kansas DUI lawyer from Norton Hare as soon as you are arrested or charged with drunk driving. Because Driving Under the Influence is such a common criminal offense in Kansas, some who are arrested for drunk driving tend to downplay the seriousness of the charges filed against them. These people don't understand how the DUI offense could affect their life, and neglect to hire a competent attorney and almost always end up regretting this.
Without adequate representation from a Kansas DUI attorney, you will be much more susceptible to the harshness of the criminal justice system and will likely end up facing stiffer penalties. Jail, fines, probation, license suspension, community service and increased insurance premiums are some of the more common penalties for DUI/DWI, but with the help of a seasoned Kansas DUI lawyer from our firm you will have a better chance of avoiding these and other penalties.
Our DUI Attorneys Will Prepare You For Your Day In Court
At Norton Hare, LLC, our lawyers can help you with a variety of DUI related charges, such as minor in possession, and can advise you about any and everything related to your DWI/DUI offense, including drug recognition, zero tolerance laws, and choosing a Kansas DUI attorney, Our lawyers have a lot of experience fighting DUI, DWI, and OUI in Kansas courts, and can provide you with information on DWI versus DUI, Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus Tests, and all other field sobriety tests that may give you an edge in your upcoming trial.
